What Are The Costs?
First, Set Up
We take the headache out of the details and make it simple for you. You pay a one-time set up fee of $70 to $136 depending on the service you select to configure your professional subscription account, create audiences, and customize your subscription messages. We can even help set up your subscriber database for our hourly fee.
You choose your service provider. Choose from Topica, Constant Contact, IntelliContact or Vertical Response.
Second, Your Template
Purchase your custom designed e-newsletter template starting at $375 to $499, to be used for your various campaigns. Subsequent content updates are billed at $70 per hour and usually run between 1 to 1 1/2 hours to input your content for future mailings and set them up for mailing on your service. Content creation services are billed at $70 per hour.
We archive your mailings so that they can be easily updated or re-used cost effectively.
Third, Load Your List
We will send you an Excel spreadsheet template to use to put your e-mail list in the correct format with your selected custom demographic options already in place. If you desire us to create your Excel document, we can facilitate that at our hourly fee using just your e-mail address list that you can fax to us or e-mail to us in any format.
Fourth, Watch Your Business Grow
There is no restriction on how frequently you can mail to your database list. Just let us know your needs and we will set up the delivery schedule and keep you advised of the results.
