Our Easy Start Plus program includes the following services for Yahoo! Sponsored Search:
- Consultation/Keyword/Yahoo Ad Competitor Review
Review of competitor's ads, selection of keywords for maximum searches. We provide ad group theme selection consultation with you and an intensive review of your existing website for keyword selections. - Yahoo! Ad Set Up
We will provide Yahoo account set up, creation of up to four ad groups, select your keywords and negative keywords, and create variations of ad text.
- Professional Management/Monitoring Phase I (first four weeks)
We will monitor your Yahoo Advertising program once each day during the work week and fine tune your keyword CPC (cost per click) and keywords. We will remove poor performing keywords, insert new keywords and negative keywords as needed, and even fine tune your ad text if needed. In addition you will receive a report from us each week on activity and our recommendations.

When you select our Yahoo Easy Start Program, you will pay for our services in advance by check or by credit card. We will schedule time in our production schedule to work on your Yahoo ads after receipt of payment during the regular business work week.
Please note: we are selective of the business that we choose to promote using Yahoo. We do not provide Yahoo services for multi-level marketing programs, third party lead capture, adult themed content, and several other site classifications. We are however passionate about helping small to medium sized businesses promote their products and services on the Web. Yahoo! Sponsored Search Management Services
Please note to utilize these services, you must have purchased our Yahoo Easy Start Plus services. You may not select the phase of service in which you desire to start our services. We provide these stepped services in a linear progression from set up to monthly maintenance management. For some existing Yahoo advertisers, we may be able to provide management services at our hourly rate. Please contact us to find out if your existing Yahoo account will qualify for our hourly management services.
- Professional Management/Monitoring Phase II (second four weeks) - $175
In the second four weeks of activity, we will continue to monitor your ads three times per week and fine-tune your program for click delivery as needed. We will report to you bi-weekly with our recommendations. Our time is capped at 2.1 hours during this period for all services and communications.
- Professional Management Monthly Maintenance (4 Ad Groups)
- $95
In the third four weeks of activity and beyond, we may have some minor changes to make on budget or keywords. We continue to review your program on a weekly basis and report to you at the end of each month in the format of an executive summary. We monitor your account and communicate any changes or improvements that would be helpful on an as needed. You may ask us to enact those changes at our standard hourly rate. Time during each month is capped at 1.1 hours.
Our Monthly Maintenance fee of $95 covers management of four ad groups. If your program has expanded during Phase I or Phase II, your monthly management fee will be as follows:
6-10 ad groups monthly management (time cap 2 hours) - $160
10+ ad groups monthly management - services billed at $80 per hour (minimum 3 hour time charge)
Additional Yahoo! Sponsored Search Services
Once your account is set up and running, you can select the additional services that you need for top Yahoo! Sponsored Search advertising performance.
- Additional Campaign/Ad Group Set-Up $80/hour
If you need more ad groups than the four included in our Easy Start Plus Set-Up or more categories, we can bill you by the hour for the additional time to set up the number of ad groups you need. - Yahoo! Sponsored Search Account Consulting $100/hour
We can provide professional recommendations of action needed.
- Landing Page Creation $80/ hour
We can install the Yahoo conversion tracking script and create custom landing page for ads to increase conversions. The average landing page group of four takes about four to five hours for the set. We cannot provide these services for all websites. We will need FTP and web server access to identify if we can perform these tasks for your website before contracting to create them.
All of our Yahoo and PPC set and and management services are paid in advance of service. Please note that we consider email correspondence, phone conversations to discuss strategies, and conference calls billable events while we are managing your programs.
