McCord Web Services' Easy Start Plus Program $650
Our Easy Start Plus program includes the following services for Yahoo! Sponsored Search:
- Consultation/keywords/competition research
Review of your website and services. We provide keyword consultation with you and help you to create an effective Internet marketing plan. We listen to your needs and discuss our ad strategy with you by phone. We get your input on the ad wording and keyword selections and utilize our extensive experience to provide concrete guidance and savvy solutions. - Yahoo! ad set up (4 ad groups max.)
Yahoo! Sponsored Search account set up, creation of up to 4 ad groups, selection of keywords and negative keywords. Depending on your needs we may set up additional ad text using the same keyword triggers at no additional charge. (Additional ad groups may be set up for our $75 per hour as needed. Not all accounts may need 4 ad groups; some may need more and some less. A campaign is different than an ad group and is determined by ad delivery targeting.) -
PLUS Professional Management/Monitoring Phase I (first four weeks)
We will monitor your Yahoo! Sponsored Search program daily and fine tune your ads, bids and keywords. We will remove disabled ads and optimize your ad groups as needed. In addition you will receive a series of report from us each Friday on that week's activity selected from your account interface and a commentary on the performance and our recommendations. Your weekly charge is calculated at 60 minutes per week of our time.

When you select our Easy Start Plus Programs, we request that you pay for our services in advance by check or by credit card, using PayPal. We will schedule your ad set up time in 48 hours after receipt of payment. Your ads will show in one hour after you have approved them for posting.
Please note: we are selective of the business that we choose to promote. We do not provide Yahoo ad services for multi-level marketing programs, third party lead capture, adult themed content, and several other site classifications. We are however passionate about helping small to medium sized businesses promote their products and services on the Web. Additional Yahoo! Sponsored Search Services
Once your account is set up and running, you can select the additional services that you need for top Yahoo! Sponsored Search advertising performance.
- Additional Campaign/Ad Group Set-Up $75/hour
If you need more ad groups than the four included in our Easy Start Plus Set-Up or more categories, we can bill you by the hour for the additional time to set up the number of ad groups you need. - Yahoo! Sponsored Search Account Consulting $75/hour
We can provide professional recommendations of action needed and make the changes when requested if you are using our Yahoo Easy Start Plus Program. - Landing Page Creation $75/ hour
Install Yahoo! conversion tracking module if possible, create custom landing page for ads to increase conversions. Template driven websites may not have this option available. The typical landing page takes four hours for ad text creation and HTML coding for a set of four pages.
Depending on the services you select, you will be requested to pay all of, or a portion, of your services up-front initially until you establish an accounts payable history with us and qualify for monthly invoicing of services rendered.
Yahoo! Sponsored Search Management Services
We have provided a comprehensive management program for the serious entrepreneur who wants to get the most out of a Yahoo! Search Marketing program after initial account set up.
- Professional Management/Monitoring Phase II (second four weeks) $150
In the second four weeks of activity, we will continue to monitor your program three times during the week and fine tune your program for click delivery as needed. We will send reports to you bi-weekly with any suggested recommendations. Your weekly charge is calculated at 30 minutes per week of our time. Should you desire us to change your ad groups or enact our recommendations; we will bill our time at $75/hour.
- Professional Management/Monitoring Phase III (third four weeks and beyond) $75*
In the third four weeks of activity and beyond, we may have some minor changes to make on budget or keywords. We continue to review your ads on a weekly basis and report activity to you at the end of the month in the format of an executive summary. We monitor your account and communicate any changes or improvements that would be helpful on an as needed. You may ask us to enact those changes at our standard hourly rate. Your weekly charge is calculated at 15 minutes per week of our time.
*Please note that some months will incur an additional time charge as all figures above are quoted based on a 4-week month. Phase III services are billed by the calendar month.**
There are additional charges for management of larger Yahoo! accounts (more than 4 ad groups). Please ask us for a price for your account's unique needs.
You will be requested to pay all of our Easy Start Plus program charges up-front and a portion of your ongoing monthly services up-front initially until you establish an accounts payable history with us and qualify for monthly invoicing of services rendered.
