How exactly do you get an e-newsletter to readers after it is created?
Find out about our newsletter management programs and the extended services that we offer for your e-newsletter needs. We can create and load your database, create demographics, and even configure your subscription account. For subscription services to be used in conjunction with our e-newsletter designs, we have several recommendations.
We have carefully reviewed several subscription services and have selected Topica Email Publisher, Constant Contact
, iContact, Benchmarkemail.com, and Vertical Response
as our best resources.
Topica Email Publisher charges $49.95 per month for under 5,000 subscribers. You may have multiple lists with this resource. Send your e-newsletters via Topica Email Publisher!
Constant Contact offers a free 60 day trial and charges $30 per month for up to 2,500 subscribers. Constant Contact, try it for 60 days free from this special link!
Benchmarkemail.com offers a very user-friendly do-it-yourself interface. If you want to be able to easily send out e-newsletters or notes to customers very quickly and easily, we have found that their interface is one of the easiest that we have seen and tried out. You absolutely do not need to know HTML to be able to use their program.
With Vertical Response, you only pay when you send out your newsletter. This is a great program for businesses with small lists or just starting out with e-newsletters. Reports are supplied for your campaigns to help you track your success.
iContact offers a small monthly fee of $9.95 per month for up to 500 subscribers. Upgrade to 2,500 subscribers for only $24 per month. This is a great resource for businesses with small lists that want to contain subscription service costs or inexpensively try out e-newsletters for the first time.
All services offer discounts for paying for a year in advance. Constant Contact and Benchmarkemail allow 250 subscribers in their free 30 or 60 day program where as Topica does not have restriction on the amount of subscribers in the trial period, but the trial period is 30 days shorter. IntelliContact offers a free 15 day trial period for up to 250 subscribers, and Vertical Response offers a free 30 day trial of their product.

Keep in mind that if you decide to do your own newsletter using one of the services listed above, that you are using pre-fab templates that will have restrictions in look and feel. If you want to carry your "brand" into your e-newsletter, are too busy to learn how to use these programs, or want a more unique look to set your business apart, you are better off with our custom templates and our subscription management services. We can still use the service you select to manage the subscriber database, but would use the custom HTML option for your newsletters. Use us, we can be your cost effective solution to free you up to focus on what you do best!
