You know when you mentioned that I did take time to look at some of the problem keywords in a selection of accounts. Some did have a poor quality score, but others had an OK rating. Based on the traffic at the Webmaster World forum, there are many other account manager's that are seeing what I am seeing on optimized accounts with optimized landing pages. You need to evaluate your keywords against your ad content against your landing page content.
