McCord Web Services was founded by Nancy C. McCord in 2001 in Waldorf, Maryland and relocated to Virginia in 2015. Our firm specializes in services for U.S. based businesses in industry, cybersecurity, business to business firms, and business to consumer companies. Our firm is a Google Partner and Microsoft Advertising Partner. Our team has combined certifications in all areas of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Our unique skill set of business experience, SEO knowledge, website design skill, and experience in Google Ads marketing strategies makes us unique in the industry.
Christopher Harper
Christopher Harper is our Senior Associate and Senior Google Ads Strategist. He is the son of Nancy McCord and has been actively involved in the business for more than five years. Christopher has a BS degree from Frostburg State University in Maryland. He is our Harrisonburg, Virginia business representative.
Nancy McCord
Nancy McCord is our CEO, Founder, and Senior Google Ads Strategist. She started the business in 2001 and is involved in its daily operation. Nancy has a BS degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is our Fredericksburg, Virginia business representative and works in our main office location.

Christopher W. Harper – Senior Account Manager
Christopher is the son of Nancy McCord and is a Senior Associate with our firm and our Senior Account Manager. He is a Google Ads Certified Professional in Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads. Christopher is also a Microsoft Advertising Search Certified Professional. He performs account management for both Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads. Review our credentials page for proof of our certifications.
Christopher manages all client accounts in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; adjusting cost per click, adding new keywords, and performs various other optimization functions. He is also our director of social media and blog writing and works directly to manage our team of professional writers.
Christopher is a graduate of Frostburg State University in Maryland with a Bachelor's of Science Degree. Christopher lives in Harrisonburg, Virginia and is our Harrisonburg, Virginia business representative.
McCord Web Services is proud to be a Google Partner and Microsoft Advertising Partner. Christopher works hard each year to re-certify in both Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. The exams are rigorous and require more than over 70 hours of study to pass the certification exams.
Christopher's personal interests include cooking with a slow cooker and barbeque, hiking, camping, and attending Renaissance fairs. Christopher is easy-going and able to converse with people from all walks of life. He is extremely knowledgeable in advertising platforms and marketing strategies.
Nancy C. McCord – Founder and CEO
Nancy McCord is the Founder & CEO of McCord Web Services LLC. She is our Senior Google Ads Account Manager and resident expert on SEO. Nancy has received a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She founded the business in 2001. She has been providing professional search engine marketing services since 2007.
Nancy is an expert with a unique skill set, who provides comprehensive services to improve and optimize business exposure on the web.
McCord Web Services, is a Google Partner and a Microsoft Advertising Partner. She is a Google Ads Certified Professional and a Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional and certified in Search Advertising, Native & Display Advertising, and Shopping Advertising.
She is knowledgeable and experienced in setting up and managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts.
Mrs. McCord has been a professional consultant and managed several multi-million dollar businesses during her career. This background allows her to understands your business needs from in-depth personal experience.
In 2004, Nancy received the Meritorious Public Service Award from the US Navy and the Naval Sea Systems Command, for her work on a 400-plus page website for the NAVSEA Reserve Program and Naval Reserve Engineering Duty Officer Community as a civilian volunteer in conjunction with her husband, Michael McCord.
Nancy has served in her community on the Charles County Maryland Board of Social Services, Board of Trustees for the Charles County Maryland Library System, and Board for the Southern Maryland Library Association.

Nancy's interests include making French toast, visiting historic home museums around the world, taking ebike tours, going on guided international tours, and training the McCord family's fur-baby dog Bandit. Nancy is active in her church and enjoys visiting family and friends on the weekends.
