Copywriting and Writer Rates and Fees

We provide a wide variety of writer services for use on the Web. In most cases we need a minimum of seven days notice to prepare, research if needed, and write your article. Some projects depending on the size and amount of research needed will be scheduled and may require more notice and time to complete. Website Content Copywriting Rates

We are pros when it comes to writing for websites. We provide quality unique content written in a marketing-type style to present your services in an informational and winning way to move a prospect to the next step – contacting you to start or to buy!

For websites we are designing or that we webmaster on a regular basis: our rate is $80 per page for about 450 words. You will have an additional page fee to format the content in HTML when your website is under construction. If we are adding a page to an existing established site that we routinely webmaster, you will pay the $80 content copywriting fee plus our hourly rate to create the page, add the content into the HTML, and incorporate the page into your website's navigation.

For website content only (no prior contact): our rate is $169 per page for about 300 to 450 words. Content is supplied in Word document format for your webmaster's use. We may possibly be able to add the content to your website at our hourly rate, just ask us for more information.

Blog Copywriting or Ghost Blogging Rates

We do a significant amount of ghost blogging for clients and have a well-developed program with multiple service levels based on the amount of content and research provided as well as offering multiple choices for posting frequency. E-Newsletter Content Creation Rates

Our e-newsletter content creation service rates are based on our hourly rate of $65 per hour. We have found that some clients only need one feature article for their e-newsletter and others need two small articles and maybe a bit of humour in their e-newsletter. Sometimes content from their website can be incorporated into an e-newsletter as a feature service of the month saving on time and content creation fees.

In other cases clients may want us to contact and interview one of their clients for their e-newsletter to create a feature case study requiring contact, interview scheduling, and then a phone interview with a client. In other cases we have interviewed key personnel for feature article on a "team member of the month". Whatever your need, when it comes to e-newsletter creation, we can do it.

Feature Article and Link Bait Writing Rates

We evaluate each request for writing in this area on a case-by-case basis. Pricing is based on needs, amount of research, and difficulty of topic.
