About Our Rating System
We have developed a 5-star rating program. Upon completion of a project, we ask our clients to rate our services. Five stars is considered outstanding, four great, three good, two stars fair, and one star not satisfactory. Service ratings at .6 and above are rounded to a full star, those at .5 are rated at 1/2 star.

Although we do not use this category in determining our client rating, (as there are many variables out of our control in regard to the success of a client's pay per click program), we have asked our clients to let us know their view of their advertising results using Google AdWords.
