Wright, Constable & Skeen, a law firm with several offices in Maryland use McCord Web Services to create and manage their electronic newsletter.

Using their e-newsletter as a companion to their existing website, this law firm keeps in touch with clients and prospects about legislative issues affecting Maryland, the Nation and the World.

The WC & S Law newsletter features a 2 column layout and a specially designed banner that the client had a graphic art firm design for their newsletter use.

Circle Graphics Newsletter "The Winners Circle"

Circle Graphics is a firm based in Colorado that provides artwork for the largest billboard suppliers in the nation. They mail their e-newsletter to over 2400 subscribers.

The "Winners Circle" e-newsletter is used to provide information to clients, suppliers, and artists about new graphic and color technology that Circle has developed and is utilizing in production. Circle also uses their e-newsletter to highlight new services, and to profile their account executives.

This particular e-newsletter, shown at the left, also featured a link to an online presentation of their new account interface for clients.

AM Warner Insurance sends out their e-newsletter quarterly. McCord Web Services provides their designs, mailing and subscription services, and manages their various targeted e-newsletters programs and campaigns.

Utilizing advanced database tools, we have created various audiences for this client which are used to target messages based on product interest. We are also able to personalize their emails using the client's name and additional information.

This client provides content in word format. We input the HTML formatted content and images into their template and send out the e-newsletter.
