McCord Web Services' Quick Start AdWords Program For $699*
Our
Quick Start Google AdWords program includes the following services:
- Consultation/Keyword/AdWords Competitor Review
Review of competitor's ads, selection of keywords for maximum searches using Google's keyword tool. We provide ad group theme selection consultation with you and an intensive review of your existing website for keyword selections. - AdWords Set Up
We will provide AdWords account set up, creation of up to four ad groups, select your keywords and negative keywords, and create variations of ad text.
- Professional Management/Monitoring Phase I (first four weeks)
We will monitor your AdWords program once each day during the work week and fine tune your keyword CPC (cost per click) and keywords. We will remove poor performing keywords, insert new keywords and negative keywords as needed, and even fine tune your ad text if needed. In addition you will receive a report from us each week on activity and our recommendations.
*This price is only available with a purchase of the first four weeks of management for a total purchase of $699 for set up and management of the first four weeks of your account. We do not provide AdWords set up services only.
When you select our Quick Start Program, you will pay for our services in advance by check or by credit card. We will schedule time in our production schedule to work on your Google AdWords ads after receipt of payment during the regular business work week.
Please note: we are selective of the business that we choose to manage using AdWords. We do not provide AdWords services for multi-level marketing programs, third party lead capture, AdSense arbitrage, adult themed content, and several other site classifications. We are however passionate about helping small to medium sized businesses promote their products and services on the Web. Google AdWords Professional Management Services

Please note to utilize these services, you must have purchased our Google AdWords Quick Start services. You may not select the phase of service in which you desire to start our services. We provide these stepped services in a linear progression from set up to monthly maintenance management. For some existing AdWords advertisers, we may be able to provide management services at our hourly rate. Please contact us to find out if your existing AdWords account will qualify for our hourly management services.
• Professional Management/Monitoring Phase II (second four weeks) - $200
In the second four weeks of activity, we will continue to monitor your
ads three times per week and fine-tune your program for click delivery
as needed. We will report to you bi-weekly with our recommendations.
Our time is capped at 2.5 hours during this period for all services and communications.
• Professional Management Phase III - Monthly Services - Multiple Options Based on Ad Groups / Ad Spend
In the third four weeks of activity and on a monthly basis thereafter, we may have some minor changes to make on budget or keywords. We continue to review your program on a weekly basis (at the minimum and for accounts with a larger ad spend more frequently based on the number of service hours you purchase).
During Phase III, we monitor your account and communicate any changes or improvements that would be helpful on an as needed. In many cases these changes can be made within the time you have purchased from us each month. Please be aware that if you need more time for management, phone conferences, or additional strategizing for your account that you will incur additional time fees based on our billable rate of $80 per hour when our time exceeds the limits you have purchased monthly.
Mid-month we schedule a conference call to review your program (if you have purchased phone support).
We email you a PDF executive summary of account activity at the end of each month.

Please contact us for pricing for more than 15 ad groups. Our minimum hourly commitment for 15 ad groups is 3.0 hours per month and may be more based on your actual account needs.
Please note we bill you for services based on the highest figure of either ad group number or ad spend based on our pricing chart.
All of our AdWords and PPC set up and management services are paid in advance of service. Please note that we consider email correspondence, phone conversations to discuss strategies, and conference calls billable events while we are managing your programs.
Additional Google AdWords Services
Once your account is set up and running, you can select the additional services that you need when you want them for top Google advertising performance.
- Additional Ad Group Set-Up - $80/hour
If you need more ads than the 4 included in our Quick Start Plus Set-Up, we set them up for you at our hourly rate. - AdWords Consulting - $100/hour
We can provide professional recommendations of action needed. - Landing Page Creation - $80/ hour
We can install the AdWords conversion tracking script and create custom landing page for ads to increase conversions. The average landing page group of four takes about four to five hours for the set. We cannot provide these services for all websites. We will need FTP and web server access to identify if we can perform these tasks for your website before contracting to create them.
