Facebook Business Page Set Up - $550*

To use our Facebook set up services you must have an existing Facebook profile for us to be able to set up your Facebook Business Page first. When we set up your Business Page we will do the following:

  1. Create a Welcome Page that is graphically interesing.
  2. Set up your tabs and account information.
  3. Create a simple 200 by 500 pixel profile graphic for your Business Page profile photo.
  4. Add your first photos or videos (if you supply them to us to load - maximum 10 items).
  5. Send to your webmaster your Business Page badge for them to integrate into your website or blog.

Please be aware that Facebook may be changing the image specifications in 2012 changing the profile image to a cover size of 720 pixels wide. This image size change will impact our pricing and time needed for set up, but as of early 2012Facebook has not revealed the exact changes in store for Business Pages.

* In order to qualify for this pricing you must purchase at least the Facebook Aquamarine level for one month or a minimum of two months of Facebook updates at the Sapphire, Topaz, Pearl, or Facebook & Twitter combined Levels. Sorry, we do not provide set up only services.

Facebook Aquamarine Level - $600 Per Four Week Month

With the October 2011 change to the Facebook timeline and the fact that now all updates appear together in one stream, your message if posted once or twice a day may be lost in the noise on your fan's timeline. We recommend the Aquamarine level for Facebook Business Pages with over 200 to 300 fans.

We provide Facebook Business Page updates, interaction, posting of links and videos as well as interaction with your Fans on a regular basis. Included in our Facebook Aquamarine Level Business Page Management service are the following:

  1. Seek to interact with fans every Tuesday and Thursday spending about .2 hours of time (12 minutes) each session to comment on your fan's comments and look for other areas to enrich the interactivity on your Business Page.

  2. Update your Facebook Fan Page status four times a day five days a week. One update will be informational in nature about an article found on the Web that is newsy and pertinent to your business sector and longer in length, one update will be an image from your website with a short note, one update will be a promotional message about your business or special item in your store if you are selling online, one update will be a video link or second newsy article (this will be our writer's choice based on what they can find).

  3. Phone conference with you in the middle of each month to strategize for Facebook and stay abreast of information to assist in shaping your Facebook message.

Facebook & Twitter Program Combined- $600 per 4 Week Month

In our Facebook & Twitter Combined Program we provide:

Our strategy at this level is to grow your Facebook activity while providing additional Twitter benefits for clients who feel that they really want to be involved on both networks.

Facebook Sapphire Level - $350 Per Four Week Month

We provide Facebook Business Page updates, interaction, posting of links and videos as well as interaction with your Fans on a regular basis. Included in our Facebook Sapphire Level Business Page Management service are the following:

  1. Update your Facebook Business Page status twice a day five days a week.

Facebook Topaz Level - $160 Per Four Week Month

Included in our Facebook Topaz Level service are the following items:

  1. Update your Facebook Business Page status twice a day five days a week.

  2. Add a special link or video from YouTube or your website once a week on Monday's.

Facebook Pearl Level - $100 Per Four Week Month

Included in our Facebook Pearl Level service are the following items:

  1. Update your Facebook Business Page status once a day five days a week.

Please note at the Pearl Level you will incur a onetime $20 set up fee to connect your Facebook account to our writer's control panel.

Please note that billing for all Facebook Business Page management is done based on the number of service days in a calendar month. Some months will have more than 20 service days and you will be billed accordingly.

Additionally it is important to note that we use HootSuite to write and schedule our updates for Facebook. In order to use our writing services, if you already have your Facebook user name tied to your own HootSuite account, you will need to transfer ownership of the account (only for HootSuite purposes) to us. If you leave yourself as a team member on the account you will be accessed an additional monthly member fee by us at our current HootSuite team member rate plus 25%. When you stop our services we will transfer ownership back to you without delay.
