The first step is to identify if we are a good match to work on your website due to the technology used. We will ask for FTP access in order to review the source code of your files to check the use of technology. For WordPress sites, we will ask to login to see your Theme files and pages.
Although we cannot work on every website, most we can. We will be honest with you if we cannot and possibly even be able to recommend a resource to you who can perform the work for you.
We work on an on-demand basis billed at our hourly rate of $95 per hour. You simply contact us when you need something done. We do not charge a monthly fee to use our services but we will require that you sign an on-demand agreement with us so that we have all your details on file and onboard you as one of our customers in our billing system.
